Q : Who are you? 
A : We are want jp, leading cross-border e-retailer of any kinds of qualified Japan products. We are a group company of Yahoo Japan.  
Q : Where are you located? 
A : We are located at Shibuya Tokyo, and products are shipped out from our Shibuya warehouse to you.  
Q : Is this product original / authentic? 
A : All of products at want jp are 100% original / authentic. We source products directly from the maker / brand principals.  
Q : How long is the delivery? 
A : We usually ship out your order within 48 hours except weekends, and it will reach to you after 1-2 weeks via secure Lazada Global Shipping.  
Q : Is Cash On Delivery available? 
A : Currently, we don't have Cash On Delivery option. Whatever payment methods you see in the checkout are your choices.  
Q : Is product warranty available? 
A : Makers / Brands warranty is attached with the certain category products, but they usually support warranty only for domestic (Japan) buyers, not for overseas buyers.  
Q : What should I make sure before purchasing cosmetic products? 
A : For hygiene management, we do not accept returns or exchanges of cosmetics due to customer convenience.  
Q : When I’d like to request return or refund, what should I do? 
A : Please take a picture and send it to Customer Support Team so that we understand the reason for your return or refund request.  
Q : Why does my order get cancelled from your end? 
A : We may cancel your order due to supplier’s convenience.  
Q : The item I have received is different from the product picture. Can you accept return or refund? 
A : Actually, we can’t. Product pictures might be different from actual products. In addition, depending on the PC environment, the color may differ from the image. A package design might be changed without notice.  
Q : I found an damage on the package. Can you accept return or refund? 
A : With regard to product package flaws (such as scuffs and crushed boxes), we basically do not return or refund if there is no problem with the product inside.  
Q : Are there any exceptions for refund/return? 
A : In the following cases, we consider them as your fault and we may refuse a refund. In addition, if you request returns, the shipping fee may be charged with you.  
 1 : You return the item without notifying us of your request. 
 2 : Difference found in color or size of your received item. 
 3 : The item is unsealed or a tag on the item is removed. 
 4 : Wrong order. 
 5 : The item box, instruction manual or accessories are damaged or lost. 
 6 : You used the item once. 
 7 : Product performance or specs don’t meet your expectation.
